How do I create a request?
To create a request, log in to your account, click on "Make a Request" in the hero section, fill out the details, and submit. Sellers will be able to see your request and respond directly.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, card payments via Paystack, and cash on delivery (where available). All transactions are secure.
How do I become a verified seller?
Complete your shop profile, upload a valid ID, and receive at least 5 positive reviews. Verification usually takes 1–2 business days.
Can I return an item?
Returns depend on the seller's policy. Contact the seller via your order page. If issues arise, our support team can mediate.
